гос. фин., амер. годовой вычет из налога на дарение* (сумма денежных средств или стоимость активов, переданных данным лицом в течение данного года другому лицу в порядке дарения, которая может быть вычтена из общей стоимости сделанных в данном году подарков при расчете налога на дарение (налога на передачу капитала); данный вычет применяется отдельно для подарков каждому конкретному лицу, напр., если вычет равен $10 тыс. и даритель передал подарки на сумму $10 тыс. двум лицам, то его общий вычет равен $20 тыс.)
